Returns & Refunds policy

Introduction

This Return Policy governs the procedures for returning products purchased from Vanadan B.V. ("Vanadan," "we," "us," or "our"), a Dutch-based distributor of food products delivering worldwide. By purchasing products from Vanadan, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility

  1. Products Eligible for Return:

    • Products may be eligible for return within 7 days after delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

    • Perishable or temperature-sensitive products may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  2. Products Not Eligible for Return:

    • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

    • Products that have exceeded their designated shelf life or expiration date.

    • Customized or specially ordered products, unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Notification: Before returning any products, the Customer must contact Vanadan's customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  3. Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for shipping the returned products to Vanadan at their own expense, unless the return is due to an error on Vanadan's part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  4. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all accessories and documentation included.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: Once the returned products are received and inspected, Vanadan will process the refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on Vanadan's part.

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Damaged During Shipping: If products are damaged during shipping, the Customer must notify Vanadan within 1 days of receipt. Vanadan requires photographic evidence of the damage before authorizing a return.

  2. Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, the Customer must notify Vanadan within 1 days. Vanadan may arrange for the defective product to be returned for inspection and evaluation.

Exceptions

Vanadan reserves the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees on certain products, particularly those that are not returned in their original condition or outside of the specified return period.
